Event registrations may be cancelled no later than April 26, 2013. Qualifying refunds will be reimbursed for the full amount, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations received after April 26, 2013 are non-refundable. Substitutions are welcome if made within three (3) days of the event date. No-shows on the day of the event forfeit the full amount of the registration fee, and no materials will be forwarded.
